Wynne Law Firm's offices are located in the Drakes Landing office complex in Greenbrae, California, near the Larkspur Landing ferry terminal and Highway 101 at the Sir Francis Drake Blvd. exit. After working at Righetti Wynne for the past 13 years, Edward J. Wynne decided to open his own office.

Attorneys at Wynne Law Firm continue to prosecute the case of Sav-on Drug Stores, Inc. v. Superior Court (2004) 34 Cal.4th 319, a watershed opinion handed down by the California Supreme Court which affirmed the dual public policies in favor of enforcing California's minimum wage and overtime laws for the benefit of workers and encouraging the use of the class action device. Edward J. Wynne took the lead in getting the case certified at the trial court and continues to prosecute the case with other co-counsel as the case nears trial. Attorneys at Wynne Law Firm also prosecute individual employment related cases such as Begnal v. Canfield & Assoc., Inc. (2000) 78 Cal.App.4th 66, a multiparty age discrimination case where the trial court's JNOV was reversed after a favorable jury verdict.
