The Stitt Feld Handy Group was founded in 1994. We provide training in mediation, negotiation, dealing with difficult people and improving employee performance. Our workshops are conducted in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia and have been attended by more than 17,000 individuals. Participants range from managers of major international companies and governments and professionals in a variety of fields to employees of small businesses and individuals. The training is interactive and is designed to provide participants with skills to resolve disputes effectively and without damage to the relationship. We also design and conduct customized workshops for clients in both the private and public sector.
