Universal Health Network is a Preferred provider Organization (PPO) with our main office located in Reno, Nevada and a satellite office in Las Vegas to provide a comprehensive statewide presence. UHN was established in May 1991 by Universal Health Services. UHN provides a statewide PPO Network with EPO and Workers' Comp Networks also available in specific areas. To support UHN clients in Northeastern Nevada, a Network was added in Utah based on client choice.
The comprehensiveness of the Network was enhanced by the establishment of a complimentary utilization management company. Universal Health Review (UHR) provides utilization management services to clients nationally. UHR's Centers of Excellence program is able to offer some of the finest university hospitals and surgical teams in the country.
