Floodwatch was formed in response to the 1994 National Flood Insurance Reform Act. The Act required a more active approach to monitoring the need for and implementation of a flood protection program by lenders and their insurance agents/brokers. Floodwatch provides flood insurance coverage and flood related services to address the federally mandated flood laws. Floodwatch is a single source for mapping; life of loan tracking; primary, excess and force placed flood insurance and portfolio analysis so that lenders no longer need multiple service providers for full compliance....
