Lapping & Picardi is the combination of Robert Lapping's transactional practice and Ralph Picardi's litigation and risk management practice, both of which are heavily focused on servicing the business community in New England and nationally.
Mr. Lapping, who has been in practice since 1971, services primarily the corporate and commercial real estate needs of his business clients. Mr. Picardi, who is also a CPA, has been in practice since 1987. He was trained as a commercial litigator, and now renders most of his professional services on behalf of accountants, lawyers, insurance agents, other professionals & businesses, and their liability insurers in matters of coverage, claim evaluation, claim administration, loss control and claim defense. Both Mr. Lapping and Mr. Picardi are trained professional mediators, and have written extensively in their respective disciplines.
