  • GA Fitness is a fitness center designed for obtaining / maintaining physical and mental well-being, without the "no pain, no gain" philosophy - and to create a 'social' atmosphere more conducive to a somewhat less physically fit customer base. GA Fitness is the first of its kind in the community, offering exercise machines, wellness coaches, and a Pilates Studio. The class schedule will also concentrate on both mind and body exercise with everything from Yoga, Tai-Chi, Flex-n-Stretch and Core Pole - a brand new concept in group exercise. Lead by: Sandy Riordan is a long-time fitness enthusiast and is a certified personal fitness trainer. She was inspired to create the GA Fitness concept after watching people struggle to find the right physical activities.
