Our training contains, but is not limited to, the following areas: OSHA, ADA, patient transfer, bowel and bladder training, and materials management.

We have extended our business hours to ensure that each call receives the personal attention that it deserves. Our phones are answered by a person instead of a voicemail system to make certain customer needs are met in a timely, professional manner. After hours, our automated system allows a caller to leave a message or contact our supervisor on-call with a single keystroke. The supervisor on-call (a company manager) will return the customer call, verify the needs and dispatch the appropriate technician.
