Our training contains, but is not limited to, the following areas: OSHA, ADA, patient transfer, bowel and bladder training, and materials management. Schryver is very much aware of the importance that price plays in today's market. We have done extensive market research and have developed prices that are competitive in each of our divisions. We offer prompt payment discounts as well as discounts to our customers who utilize multiple services. We are always searching for ways to deliver a better product at a lower price. Schryver Medical understands the importance of billing accuracy. To address this challenge, we have implemented a double-check system. We take the extra time to have every bill audited by a second person before mailing it to our customers. Schryver Medical continually strives to provide the highest quality customer service in the industry. Our customer service personnel are efficient, friendly, and courteous. We have extended our business hours to ensure that each call receives the personal attention that it deserves. Our phones are answered by a person instead of a voicemail system to make certain customer needs are met in a timely, professional manner. After hours, our automated system allows a caller to leave a message or contact our supervisor on-call with a single keystroke. The supervisor on-call (a company manager) will return the customer call, verify the needs and dispatch the appropriate technician. Patient needs are our number one priority at Schryver Medical.
