CLS prides itself on being a "user friendly" organization and in this spirit, provides a variety of services to its clients, which are designed to make utilization of CLS' services as simple as smooth as possible. Our Client Services department is available to resolve questions about (but not limited to) specimen submission requirements, add-on tests, "STAT" requests, turn around time, and test results. Clients are routinely notified about critical and panic values, STAT results, and unacceptable specimen submissions. CLS clients are also provided with a Directory of Services manual, which provides information about testing. CLS provides its clients with statistical data relevant to utilization management, as well as promoting early therapeutic intervention.
Client Services representatives are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 10 PM; and on Saturdays, from 9 AM to 4:00 PM For all specimen collection requirements, patient reports, test availability, or other inquiries, please contact our Client Services department and speak to one of our representatives at 1-800-780-3221. Our Client Services department is wholly staffed by experienced medical technologists to answer your questions regarding laboratory testing.
