ProStrakan is a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialisation of prescription medicines for the treatment of unmet therapeutic needs in major markets.
With approximately 200 people employed in the Company's operations, ProStrakan is headquartered in Scotland with commercial operations throughout the rest of the UK and continental Europe. In R&D, the Company's Development group is located at Galashiels in Scotland.
In June 2005, ProStrakan completed its initial public offering (IPO) of shares to become listed on the London Stock Exchange.
