Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (APPI) focuses on the research and development of plant based dietary supplements. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the products sold by the Company include Sinusol, Lo-Chol and ACA. During July 1999, the Company acquired rights and interests to a thirteen-step process, which utilizes virtually the whole of the nutrients found in plants to manufacture all natural herbal dietary supplements. In February 2007, the Company closed the acquisition of World Health Energy, Inc. (WHE), an energy company focused on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution.
