SIRIT Inc. is Canada-based radio frequency identification (RFID) company engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling RFID hardware and solutions. The Company focuses its efforts on its two verticals within the RFID business segment, including Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) and Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS). Sirit provides technology for use in vehicle tracking, tolling, access control, as well as parking and fleet management applications. It supplies a solution for vehicle parking and access control systems (PACS) applications through its IDentity Series product line. These solutions include the provision of readers, transponders, antennae and supporting infrastructure. RFS includes asset tracking, cashless payments, supply chain, inventory control, and contactless transactions and near field communications. In April 2006, it acquired TradeWind Technologies LLC and SAMSys Technologies Inc. In April 2008, the Company acquired RSI ID Technologies, Inc.
