The Company operates under the names JohnsonDiversey, Johnson Wax Professional and DiverseyLever. The Company sells its products in more than 170 countries through its direct sales force, wholesalers and third-party distributors. Its principal markets are Europe, North America and Japan. For the fiscal year ended December 28, 2007 (fiscal 2007), 52% of its sales were from Europe, 26% were from North America and 9% were from Japan.
