Strategically important supplies and high investment related goods like FF&E and Operating Equipment are negotiated on a corporate level. Figures show that hotels joining Rezidor enjoy amazing savings of 10-15% of the total purchase cost. Not surprisingly, franchise hotels cite the purchasing benefit as one of the most compelling reasons for joining the Rezidor brand. The purchasing department also offers a highly beneficial service to new hotel openings, renovations and re-brandings: we will co-ordinate the purchasing process, make recommendations, tender and prepare orders. It goes without saying that recommended suppliers and products fulfil all the exacting standards and quality criteria of the Rezidor brand.
