SaskWorks Venture Fund is a mutual fund. It is available only in Saskatchewan. Like any mutual fund, individual investors purchase shares in a professionally-managed pool of assets. Unlike mutual funds, there is a 35% tax credit in addition to the RRSP tax deferral. The Fund is divided into two share classes: Diversified (Class A) and Resources (Class A-R).
