Honeoye Storage Corporation ("HSC" or "Seller"), a New York corporation, owns and operates a natural gas storage facility and related compression equipment and pipelines, collectively known as the Honeoye Storage Project, located in Ontario County, New York. The Honeoye Storage Project receives, injects, stores, withdraws and delivers natural gas transported in interstate commerce subject to jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The facilities are connected to Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company ("Tennessee"). This Original Volume No. 1A of the FERC Gas Tariff of HSC contains the Rates and Charges, Rate Schedules, Forms of Service Agreements and the General Terms and Conditions applicable to open-access storage service and other services performed by HSC.

Lodi Gas Storage LLC

Lodi Gas Storage is a natural gas public utility regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission. Lodi offers firm and interruptible natural gas storage services under a published tariff at market based rates. Contracting with Lodi involves signing a Storage Services Agreement which represents the master contract and is linked to the general terms and conditions of the tariff. Individual storage transactions are executed on the firm and interruptible schedules as agreed on by LGS and the customer. Bay Gas Storage Company

Bay Gas Storage currently operates two salt-dome natural gas storage caverns at its storage facility located about 40 miles north of Mobile. The company has direct pipeline interconnects with Florida Gas Transmission Company, Gulf South Pipeline and Mobile Gas Service Corporation. Bay Gas Storage's two existing caverns have a combined working gas capacity of approximately 6.0 Bcf with injection and withdrawal capacities of 200 MMcf and 610 MMcf per day, respectively and are currently fully subscribed on a firm basis. The third cavern expansion will add 5.0 Bcf of storage capacity along with injection and withdrawal capacities of 225 MMcf and 500 MMcf per day, respectively.
