At Washington Academy, we are committed to staying on top of emerging technology as a vital part of our educational mission. Since computers are part of daily life, we make them part of every classroom. Students can use any one of five computer labs outfitted with current, professional software and high-speed Internet access. Along with the computer labs, we offer access to laptop carts with wireless internet connectivity. Our curriculum integrates technology throughout the classes and also offers an extremely popular multimedia/digital photography class. Even our residential houses are wired: each dorm room has Internet access. Our library is another example of our commitment to cutting edge technology. Students can utilize an array of research capabilities that includes an extensive online system of subscription databases through the University of Maine system. We also have access to distant learning equipment allowing students and staff to remotely interact with other others sites virtually anywhere in the world! Washington Academy's providing of top notch technology to staff and students is just one more example of our commitment of a quality education for all.

The Hills Grammar School

The Hills Grammar School is an independent school serving the North Western suburbs of Sydney, known as the Hills District. The School was conceived in the early eighties as an independent non-selective, co-educational and non-denominational Kindergarten to Year 12 school. The Learning Institute

The Learning Institute is a public charter school designed for students who are seeking an alternative to traditional schools. They receive support from all of the school's components on a regular basis in a nurturing atmosphere. The Learning Institute offers small class sizes, self-paced learning, a variety of electives, and opportunities to complete all required courses. Students may enroll at any time as the school is open-entry / open-exit.
