The City of Hayden offers vacation and sick leave as well as holiday pay to full-time and benefited part-time employees. City employees earn vacation time at the following rate: 1-3 years 12 days/year 8 hours/month 4-10 years 18 days/year 12 hours/month 11 or more years 24 days/year 16 hours/month Our sick leave plan allows employees 15 days per year. The City has a Shared Leave Program for employees who have exhausted their leave due to a serious illness. Eleven official holidays are provided for full-time employees.
