Fratelli Bosco was founded by Nick and Aldo Bosco, who have between them 40 years experience in the food industry dating back to childhood where they helped out in their father's delicatessan and mobile shop, serving and delivering Italian food to the traditional Italian sector. We have a strong technical team, led by Alan Dulin who has 30 years experience in food technology. The team ensures all factories are food safe, and we will only deal with technically strong suppliers who have been vetted and passed by Alan's team. We work mainly with small to medium sized companies, which gives us the flexibility to tailor make specialist products for customers when required. No job too small - we undertake anything and everything, and are flexible and innovative. We work with a network of suppliers in Italy and can source almost any product, for example vegetarian cheeses, organic products.
