We have a fully trained staff of Certified fitters, Pedorthists and technicians who will assist you to ensure that you are fitted properly and are instructed on how to use the item. In the case of this specific scope of work, we will identify our service model for our Medication & Education Process Centers, which we utilize in our Contract Pharmacy Service for 340B Drug Discount Programs. In this model, a professional medication processing representative or, in some locations, a registered or certified pharmacy technician will be assigned to each of the appropriate locations. Our project operations are supported by a very well staffed and professionally trained pharmacy team, comprised of a select group of professional pharmacists and certified/registered pharmacy technicians. These professionals operate each day with one mission - to provide fast, accurate and cost effective service to our entire patient and healthcare network. The Customer Service is comprised of highly trained and motivated personnel who work to promptly process all new patients and continually monitor established patients in order to allow fast response to their medical supply and prescription needs.
