The Sil Industrial Minerals sand processing plant was established on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River north of Bruderheim, drawing raw materials from the sand hills in the area. Our sand has some of the highest silica content in Western Canada. You can purchase sand products, specialty abrasives, blasting equipment and accessories from our Edmonton Distribution Centre. For your convenience, we also supply and rent a full line of sandblasting equipment, from compressors to nozzles.
