Co-founded by Gary Hustwit and Tracy McKnight, Pleximusic focuses on both independent and studio pictures to assist with all phases of their music needs. Pleximusic supervises all musical aspects of feature films and television programs, from working with directors and producers on an overall music direction, to choosing and auditioning composers and securing talent for soundtrack albums. We can assist independent filmmakers with licensing existing music for use in their film, and with creating original songs exclusive to the picture. Pleximusic can handle film music needs from conception to screen to soundtrack CD release. Our staff has worked with leading studios such as Miramax, Fine Line Features, USA Films, Sony Pictures Classics, Good Machine, Lot 47 and Artisan, among others. Pleximusic's record label specializes in groundbreaking film music. Our goals are to bring innovative new musicians to the film music world, to reissue classic soundtrack albums, and to fill a much-needed role as the premier outlet for independent film soundtrack releases.
ALAN ETT MUSIC GROUP is a full service music production company catering to the needs of the various aspects of the entertainment industry. Our personnel includes composers, producers, music supervisors, engineers, sound designers and a superb production support staff. We currently have in house 2 fully digital multi-track recording studios and 3 ProTools editorial suites to accommodate vocal groups, instrumental soloists, and small instrumental ensembles. For larger productions we have relationships with studios and orchestras locally in Los Angeles and throughout the world. AEMG has successfully produced music for 1000's of network, cable and syndicated television shows, national TV and radio commercials, Feature films, CD-Roms, DVD's, video and computer games, and live stage productions. We also have as a resource over 125 CD's of pre-existing music that can be a powerful production tool for temp scores, source music, new business pitches and presentations, lower budget TV and radio productions, and infomercials. This is a continually expanding library that has been used extensively to score a wide variety of network, cable, and syndicated TV shows and has been a valuable resource for source cues for the feature film industry.
