The Company's products will enable broadband digital transmission of voice, video, multimedia and data to and from wireless devices for applications such as mobile-commerce, entertainment, Internet access, online banking and trading. The baseband products include all functions specially designed for WCDMA and enables data transmission at rates up to 2 megabits per second (Mbps), over 130 times faster than today's 2nd generation mobile terminals. Wiscom will sell its products to manufacturers of wireless devices for their products, such as mobile phones, wireless PDAs, and wireless modems for computers. The Company will also license its technologies and product design to semiconductor manufacturers and wireless device vendors. Wiscom's baseband chipset and software protocol stacks are fully integrated and optimized for high performance, low power consumption and are flexible/portable for various mobile operation systems and applications. The Company is partnering with RF IC and integration vendors as well as mobile operation system and application software vendors.
