A résumé once distributed and posted on the Internet will never die. Instead, we believe the three important ingredients necessary for a successful job search are POSITIONING, FOCUS and VALUE. For example, how do you wish to be perceived? Which companies will employ you? What are you aiming for? What is your target? And above all, what is your marketplace? In other words, what do you have to offer and who is going to buy it? "Never continue in a job you don't enjoy. If you're happy in what you're doing, you'll like yourself, you'll have inner peace.
