Yes, Valley Medical Staffing provides all 12 hours of continued education, completed at the VMS office and paid at an orientation rate. How do I renew my certification if I am an employee of VMS when I am due to renew? Valley Medical Staffing tracks all staff's vaccination records and certifications/licenses. When you receive new copies of licenses, CPR etc., you provide a copy to VMS immediately and we update our records. The CNAs will take the update form for the Wis. Nurse Aid Registry with them on one of their shifts and they will have their portion completed in advance. At the facility, VMS staff will request a charge nurse, scheduler, or Nurse manager to verify information and sign the bottom portion of the form. VMS employee will take the form with them and mail it to the address on the form and they will be updated on the Registry for another 2 years. Agency type companies are not allowed to complete these documents. If you do not remain current on the Wis. Nurse Aid Registry, you will not be able to continue employment until you have updated. Once employed, do I have a resource for questions or concerns? Absolutely ... we are available to you 24-hours a day 7 days a week should you need assistance of any type.
