In addition, ninety percent of our lumber is machine stress rated to ensure exceptional performance. Founded in 1935 by Donald Eckman, our company soon became the primary supplier of mine timber and building materials to the nearby anthracite mining industry. In 1947, John Eckman became president, and we became a major supplier to the area's building trades, operating four stores throughout the region. Jack Eckman was named Executive Vice President in 1972, and in 1979 the truss fabrication plant began manufacturing products to builders and contractors. In the fall of 1989, the building materials, and hardware store chain closed. In 1990, we reorganized to focus completely on the engineered products field, and in 1996 we became strictly wholesale to service the needs of our dealers. AAA Building Components Inc. was founded over 35 years ago in Omaha, Nebraska by an Omaha firefighter. Originally known as AAA Aluminum Co., the company furnished aluminum windows and patio doors to local homebuilders that were building nearly 200 homes in an around Omaha. Located at 23rd & G, the one man company offered delivery and installation services. After 6 years in South Omaha, AAA moved to downtown Omaha for a period of 6 years with 2 locations, 16TH & California and 12th & Locust. With a customer base that grew substantially with some of the areas finest homebuilders and remodelers, AAA moved to Ralston, Neb. in 1977. In 1977 AAA Aluminum Co. changed its name to AAA Building Components with the addition of our first wood window product, Easy Out double hung windows. After 1 year we expanded our product line to include Andersen Windows. In 1979, with home building expanding, and the need to offer our customers more product offerings, AAA purchased an area millwork business, Ralston Millwork. AAA changed the Ralston Millwork name to Quality Door & Trim. With some of the finest interior millwork, pre-hung doors, exterior steel and fiberglass doors, custom moldings, and stair parts in several different species, Quality Door & Trim offers the same commitment of superior products and service to our customers. In 1986 AAA expanded our product offerings to include Windsor Windows. With several window lines to chose from, we have a product that fits any need, from replacement to new construction. In 2004 AAA Building Components is still located in Ralston, Neb. Our employees take pride in the fact that we still provide many quality products and the best service to all of our customers.

Royal Metal Building Components is a manufacturer of metal building components as well as residential metal roofing. We roll form four different metal panel profiles. They include Royal Span, Tex-Rib, Royal Seam, and Royal Strip. Royal Span and Tex Rib are exposed fastener panels. Royal Seam and Royal Strip are concealed fastener, standing seam panels. We also manufacture all shapes and sizes of trim. The Royal Span and Tex Rib Panels are available in sixteen different, siliconized modified polyester colors which carry a 30 year, limited warranty. The Royal Seam and Royal Strip Panels are available in a number of Kynar 500 Coatings. Royal Metal Building Components also sells pre-engineered steel buildings.
