Nexfor Inc.

http://www.nexfor.com

Nexfor also continues to make very good progress in placing more business with the strongest DIY construction and distributor customer base in the UK. We are the only UK producer that can supply a full range of panel products, and are now recognized for providing the best service and logistics support in the industry. These are advantages for the bigger UK customers, and we've been able to place significant volumes of new business for 2003. This is new business that should support continued improvement of our earnings going forward this year. John Tremayne:Thank you, Barrie. We ended the year with cash balances of $67 million. Our liquidity position remains strong. We had committed bank lines of $293 million at the end of the year, of which $278 million are undrawn. As Dominic indicated, we adopted the US dollar as the reporting currency during the fourth quarter, and in order to facilitate the transition for our shareholders and analysts, our press release includes six years of historical financial statements presented in US dollars. In addition, we have provided eight quarters of earnings and business segment breakouts. I'll now turn it back to Dominic.
