Founded in 1947, the Centerport Yacht Club has served for almost sixty years as a boating and social activities focal point for the boating community in and around Centerport, NY, on Long Island's North Shore. Ours is a member-run club, with members playing an active role in the management, oversight, and government of the Club. Most Club business is discussed and conducted at a series of Board and Membership meetings, as follows: Board Meetings The Board of Governors meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Club at 8:00 P.M.
