Guest Housing is a licensed Vacation Lodging Service firm in the State of Tennessee which rents local guest rooms and entire private homes during the NASCAR race weekends in Bristol, TN. Guest Housing was established in 1996 to answer the need for additional accommodations as the Bristol Motor Speedway expanded its seating capacity. Guest Housing offers over 150 guest rooms within homes and over 60 private homes. All of our locations are within 30 miles of the speedway; many within walking distance; we visit every home before listing it; we provide our guests with complete directions to the home and from the home to the speedway; the beds are made up, towels, soap, and coffee are provided. Our guests have full use of the home and its amenities. Once a guest, you are given 1st option of rebooking for the next race season before we accept new reservations.
