Mickey Freeman, CEO: Previously, Freeman served as president of LoyaltyPoint, Inc., the largest nontraditional school and nonprofit fundraising company in the US, which he took public via reverse merger in 2004. He spent the first half of his career at Sprint Corp., culminating as director of marketing for $1.2B Sprint Wholesale, and subsequently served in general management roles in three market-leading, technology-driven companies. While at Sprint, Freeman managed several innovative programs for the travel industry, including managing the Business Traveler segment of the Consumer Long-Distance Division, where he focused on frequent business travelers and their calling and loyalty marketing needs, and where he neogitated and managed exclusive national marketing alliances with America West Airlines and Alaska Airlines. Freeman founded his own consulting firm, Interim Adrenaline, specializing in step-in, short-term executive management assignments, and has consulted with AirCell, Inc., a global airborne telecommunications provider, Sunwise Products, the leader in UV-protective swimwear, and CNET, the leading online technology review company. A longtime aviation enthusiast, Freeman earned the top rank of Cadet Colonel (Gen. Carl Spaatz Award) in the Civil Air Patrol and represented the US on the International Air Cadet Exchange program to Singapore. He holds a BA with honors from UNCG, where he recently was awarded the 2005 Young Alumni Award and MBA in General Management from Harvard University.
Brock Stanton, Chairman: Stanton started his career at IBM and subsequently launched multiple technology-related businesses. A private pilot and aviation enthusiast, he founded BizAir, a regional business traveler concept company, and currently serves as President of Jabez Ventures, a private equity firm focused on the bioscience industry in Georgia. He holds an electrical engineering degree, with highest honors, from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University. Stanton provides financial and business development networking.
