Converged Solutions was founded by Dale Zuelch with his wife, Gail. Dale has 25 successful years in the telecommunications industry with 19 of those years right here in Michigan. Gail is also on the Converged Solutions team with nine years of carrier solutions expertise.
Dale started in the industry with a position in warehouse / inventory, but quickly progressed into a flourishing sales career and soon thereafter where he spent most of his industry years, management. He managed in a Vice President's capacity for several companies. Dale was a very influential mentor to his sales teams with his integrity and strong leadership skills. He also led several companies to a market strong-hold and dominance with his ideals and business models; but at different times in his management tenure had his decisions over-ruled and his promises / integrity to customers compromised. For family reasons, we moved back to Michigan and started Converged Solutions. Dale's values, integrity, business model and work ethic are now the foundation of his company,as well as his "no excuses" approach to Customer Service.
