Develop and maintain systems and personnel to facilitate processing flood insurance policies, comply with FIA/NFIP statistical reporting requirements, and supply NFS Customer Service Representatives with instantaneous access to agency and underwriting information.
The most distinguishing feature of NFS is the fact that we are an "insurance management organization" versus a "computer service" operation. Staffed by experienced insurance professionals with various agency and company backgrounds, we bring a unique level of service to the flood insurance industry. NFS is not owned by or affiliated with any one insurance company. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiserv, Inc.
Our nationwide Service Center is located in Kalispell, Montana. This location provides company, agency and policy holder services to all of our clients. We also maintain a processing facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
