(CCG) are multifaceted consulting firms that provide risk and resource management to a wide array of clients nationally. Established as a sole proprietorship in 1959, First Coast Premier Group has grown into a large regional firm with two primary operating segments. The parent corporation First Coast Premier provides employee benefit consulting to traditional employer groups with under 300 employees located throughout Florida and South Georgia . Compass Consulting Group is a "fee based" consulting firm specializing in multi-state, multi-site employer groups varying in size from two hundred employees to over thirty five thousand employees. The combined firms manage benefits for over 80,000 employees in forty-one states from their corporate headquarters in Jacksonville , FL. Our clients include regional banks, professional employer organizations, municipal governments and governmental authorities, trade unions, and various other private and publicly held companies including the PGA Tour. Our firm's primary objective is to work with our clients to develop and implement the strategic and tactical programs that allow the client to appropriately meet the needs of their employees, owners and stockholders. This balance is accomplished through our detailed and proprietary approach to the management of risk, resources and change. The partnership between our firm, the client, vendors and the employees is one that requires real synergy to work for the long term. We know that when functional, compliant and cost effective benefits are embraced by the employees, the result is higher retention, increased productivity, and improved recruiting that combine for increased profits for the client. In addition, our firm has established extensive long-term relationships with the most recognized and financially strong vendors in the medical, ancillary product, pension management and HR management fields. It is through these relationships, the expertise of our managing consultants, and the implementation of our proprietary underwriting and management models, that our firm creates the opportunity for a client to effectively and efficiently manage risk, resources and change. Each of the nine key areas of risk and resources outlined below require effective as well as coordinated management solutions to allow for the most profitable and efficient operation of a business or governmental entity. While each area is unique and dynamic in its own way, the consideration and impact of the interrelationship between each area is just as important to assure the proper and best result.
