CRE publish workplace guidelines on racial equality
The Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) has published a new code of practice for employers on racial equality. The guidelines include advice on avoiding unlawful racial discrimination and harassment, and outlines employers' legal obligations under the Race Relations Act.
