The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, provides test and evaluation, software engineering, in-service engineering and integrated logistics support for surface warfare combat systems and subsystems, unique equipment and related expendable ordnance of the Navy fleet. The Northrop Grumman team includes Anteon Corp., Fairfax, Va., and Research and Development Solutions Inc., McLean, Va. Work on the program will be performed primarily in Tidewater, Va.
